Policy record / Updated August 25, 2026

Software for the plan. Not the jobsite.

These terms set the boundary between a homeowner planning workspace and the professional, contractual, financial, and official decisions made outside it.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using a private workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

Product scope

Project Pilot Pro provides planning, organization, preliminary estimating, documentation, and communication tools. It does not provide construction, contracting, architecture, engineering, appraisal, lending, insurance, legal, tax, permit, code-compliance, or other licensed professional services.

Outputs are informational planning aids. You are responsible for confirming field conditions, scope, prices, contracts, permits, safety, and professional advice before acting.

Accounts and project authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify support if you believe it has been compromised. You may create or manage a project only when you have authority to do so.

Project owners control invitations and share links. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for ensuring you have permission to upload, process, and share project content.

Purchases and subscriptions

The checkout page shows the product, project, price, and billing cadence before payment. Project Pilot Complete is currently a one-time unlock for one named project. Home Care is an optional recurring subscription for an eligible completed project. Current details appear on the pricing page.

Payments, receipts, subscription management, and payment-method details are handled by the checkout provider. Taxes, refunds, cancellation rights, or billing adjustments may depend on the purchase record and applicable law. Contact support for a specific order question.

User content and AI-assisted features

You keep responsibility for content you submit. You grant the service permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested product functions.

AI-assisted extractions, comparisons, and summaries can omit context or be wrong. Labels and citations help review; they do not convert the output into professional advice or verified fact.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, access projects without permission, probe or disrupt security, upload malware, misrepresent professional credentials, scrape private information, send spam, or use project records to discriminate unlawfully.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the product, or legal obligations.

Third parties and availability

The service relies on third-party authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, AI, content, payment, and email providers. Their services can change or become unavailable. Links to official agencies, contractors, suppliers, or other third parties are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

We work to keep the product useful and available, but features may change and service can be interrupted. Keep independent copies of records you need for contracts, claims, permits, taxes, warranties, or disputes.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee estimate accuracy, contractor performance, project outcomes, property value, code compliance, uninterrupted service, or that every error will be corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, Project Pilot Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from project decisions, third-party work, or unavailable records. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will use a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply.

Questions about these terms, account access, or a purchase can be sent through support.
