When do I pay?: Only when you choose to unlock Complete for a saved project. The readiness assessment, preliminary estimate, account, and initial project setup remain free.
Does the $199 access expire?: No. Complete is a one-time permanent unlock for one named project. It is not a recurring subscription.
Can I use Complete for several projects?: Each $199 unlock belongs to one named project. Start and estimate another project free, then decide separately whether to unlock it.
Is Home Care required?: No. Home Care is a separate optional monthly service offered after closeout. Complete remains available whether or not Home Care is active.
How do I manage Home Care billing?: Active Home Care customers can open secure billing management from their project. The finished project record remains retained and exportable if the subscription stops.
Are these contractor quotes?: No. Estimates are preliminary planning ranges. Contractor bids, field conditions, drawings, selections, permits, and local requirements determine actual project cost.
Need help with a charge or access?: Complete does not auto-renew. Use public support for billing or entitlement questions, or sign in to the account that owns the project and open Help & feedback. Do not include card numbers or project documents. Home Care customers can also open secure billing management from the project.
