Give customers a plan before they pick up supplies
Put a Project Pilot Pro card on your counter. A customer scans the QR code and gets a free check of their renovation: the gaps and open decisions to settle first, plus a preliminary cost range. It's for paint shops, tile and flooring stores, showrooms and lumberyards whose customers are planning a project.
What your shop gets
Customers who come in better prepared
A customer who's still deciding what to redo gets the open decisions and a budget range before they pick paint, tile or fixtures.
Something free and useful to hand out
The project check and the preliminary estimate cost your customer nothing, and there's no credit card to enter.
Very little setup
Nothing to install at your register. The card sits on your counter.
How it works

Fill in the form below and we'll reply by email.
Put the card out
We supply the card and help you set it up.
Customers scan and start planning
The QR code opens the check on their phone. They can finish it in the store or at home.
What a customer sees
The free project check asks about the scope, where they are in planning, their budget, whether they've hired a contractor, the decisions they've made and when they want to start.
They get back the gaps to settle before anyone prices the job, and can go on to build a preliminary room-by-room cost range. It's a planning range, not a contractor quote.

Getting started
Try it at your counter for 30 days
We provide the card and help you set it up. Thirty days is a good first run for a new partner shop, and we'll settle the details with you. At the end, we look at how it went together.
We don't sell leads or endorse contractors. A homeowner pays $199 once, and only if they choose to run their project in Project Pilot Complete. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
